By accessing weatherchain.io or interacting with any WeatherChain smart contract, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the protocol.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to transact in digital assets in your jurisdiction. The site is not directed at users in restricted jurisdictions and we may block access from such regions without notice.

Nothing on this site is investment, legal, or tax advice. $WLBN is a utility token whose value depends on protocol usage and may fluctuate or fall to zero. Conduct your own diligence and consult a qualified advisor before transacting.

Interactions with WeatherChain contracts are irreversible. We make no guarantees against bugs, exploits, or governance failures. Audits — when published — describe a specific commit and do not certify future safety.

We never hold custody of your wallet. You alone are responsible for your private keys, seed phrases, and the security of devices on which you sign transactions.

You agree not to use the protocol for money laundering, sanctions evasion, market manipulation, or any unlawful purpose. We may freeze admin-side surfaces and report activity to authorities where required by law.

The site and the protocol are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wellbian Labs disclaims all liability arising from your use of the protocol.

We may amend these Terms by posting a revised version. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, excluding its conflict-of-law principles.
