Privacy Policy

This Policy covers personal data processed via weatherchain.io. It does not cover on-chain data — once a transaction is broadcast, the data on that ledger is public, immutable, and outside our control.

• Wallet address when you connect via RainbowKit. We do not associate the address with offline identity unless you voluntarily provide it.
• Anonymous usage telemetry via Vercel Analytics + Speed Insights (page views, Web Vitals). These services do not set identifying cookies and aggregate metrics across all visitors.
• Server logs for the duration of standard Vercel retention (about 30 days). Includes IP, user agent, and request URL — used for security and abuse monitoring only.

We do not collect: your private keys, seed phrases, email address (unless you opt into a future newsletter), browser history outside our domain, or any biometric data.

The site uses functional cookies set by RainbowKit / WalletConnect for wallet session persistence. We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We share data only with infrastructure providers strictly necessary to operate the site: Vercel (hosting, analytics, CDN) and the wallet RPC providers chosen by RainbowKit (Alchemy, Infura, Flare RPC, etc.). We do not sell data and do not share with marketing networks.

Subject to local law (PIPA in Korea, GDPR in the EU, CCPA in California, etc.) you may request access, deletion, or export of any personal data we hold about you. Contact us at privacy@wellbianlabs.io to exercise these rights.

We follow standard production hygiene: TLS in transit, principle-of-least-privilege on infrastructure access, and regular dependency updates. No system is 100% secure; you are encouraged to enable hardware-backed wallet keys and 2FA on associated email.

The site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Material changes to this Policy will be reflected by the “Last updated” date and, where required by law, communicated by other means.
